Dorota Miriam Marcinkowska, advocate

Specialises in litigation matters in civil, criminal and company law.

She has extensive experience of business-related processes such as claims for damages, contract and labour law. She deals on a daily basis with services regarding business ventures and commercial transactions. Mrs. Marcinkowska is also a specialist in the field of public procurement law and leads cases both in court and arbitration. She is also interested in and completed her postgraduate studies in European legislation.

Her practice also covers family and guardianship law and is highly regarded in the settlement of divorce cases.

She is a graduate of the University of Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin where she finished her postgraduate studies in European law at the College of European Law in Warsaw.
She has been a member of the Kielce Bar since 1994 as well as a member of the board of Świętokrzyskie Stowarzyszenie Prawników.

She has completed numerous courses including:

  • Council of Europe Training on Human Rights under the auspices of the NRA and the Council of European Information Centre
  • Law of the European Communities under the auspices of the NRA and the Association of Polish and Frankish Lawyers
  • Art of Negotiations Workshop conducted by the Centre for Negotiations in Warsaw
  • School of Human Rights and Freedoms in the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights

She speaks French on intermediate level and English, Russian and Hebrew on basic level.
